Comments

Apartments are available from 4 pm. If your circumstances require an earlier arrival you can be assured that we will try our utmost to accommodate you! For late arrival after 10 pm please inform us in advance. On your day of departure you may leave your luggage in a secure area at the ApartHotel free of charge for collection up to 7 pm.

Food & Beverage

A fully equipped private Mehana (folklore restaurant) is available on-site for the exclusive use of PenBro guests, in which they may organise private parties, etc. If required, prepared food and drinks can be arranged by prior order, or guests may prefer to arrange everything by themselves (a 24 hour non-stop mini-market shop is nearby, and a supermarket in Bansko). A small additional charge is payable for the use of this private Mehana. Meals are not available at the Hotel as from experience we know that our guests much prefer to eat out in the many Mehanas where an excellent meal with wine typically costs EUR 5 - 10 per person. The nearest Mehana is a 1 minute walk from the Hotel!

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
