This is the newest luxury ski and spa complex in Bansko, the fastest developing and most famous Bulgarian winter sports resort. The complex is situated at the foothills of the Pirin mountain, just 50 meters from the gondola lift, which makes it a perfect place to stay for both skiers and hikers. Within a 10-minute walk you can get to the city centre and its famous pubs and restaurants that offer traditional food, excellent wines and genuine Bulgarian folklore.
The hotel complex consists of 2 parts - the hotel part which consists of 197 rooms and suites and the Apart Hotel which consists of 248 apartments. The hotel offers a range of facilities and amenities such as a business centre, a grand ball room for 350 guests, 2 business meeting rooms for 35 people each, 9 different types of restaurants and bars, a spa centre offering more than 100 treatments and a variety of saunas and steam baths (Finnish, classical, Russian, Turkish bath with hammam, aromatic salt steam bath, a Rassoul cabin, a relaxation and a massage lounge), 3 swimming pools, a fitness centre, a tennis court, medical services, a kindergarten with animation, Internet games, table tennis and billiards and much more. An airport transfer is available on request.

The hotel offers 3 luxury restaurants offering Bulgarian, Italian and Chinese cuisine, an English Pub, BBQ, a piano bar, a lobby bar, a cigar bar and the Aqua Bar offering a cosy atmosphere and beautiful mountain views.
