The main restaurant boasts a quiet and cosy atmosphere. Dining is a-la-carte and at block tables. Opening hours: 08:00 – 23:00. Ethno-tavern and wine-cellar: Do not miss the ethnic tavern of old Bansko tavern and the modern design where you can sample national and European cuisine. The tavern wine-cellar boasts a rich selection of fine wines which may be tasted in advance. The tavern hosts a number of original folklore acts during various events. Opening hours: 19:00 – 04:00.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Booking Terms

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.50 per 24 hours. Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.50 per 24 hours. Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.60 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
