Bansko is a unique Bulgarian town of international importance to the tourism. Every summer Bansko hosts The International Jazz Fest, which originates to 1998. Many famous Bulgarian and international jazz musicians visit the town for these six magical days. So far musicians from 15 foreign countries have performed on the stage of the Jazz Fest in the small mountain town. Nancy King, Steve Christopherson, Scott Hamilton and many others have played here.
